## 1. Giveaway Sponsor
The **“Enter to Win $1,000 Toward Your New Garage Floor!” Giveaway** (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by **Infinity Garage Floors LLC**, doing business as **Infinity Garage Floors** (“Sponsor”).

## 2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on **October 23, 2026 at 12:00 PM** and ends on **October 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM**.
The winner will be selected by random drawing on **October 31, 2026**.

## 3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents who:
* Are **21 years of age or older** at the time of entry; and
* Reside within a **100-mile radius of the Spokane Home Idea Show location**.
Previous Infinity Garage Floors customers are eligible to participate.
Employees, owners, contractors, and immediate family members of Infinity Garage Floors LLC are **not excluded** from entering, provided they otherwise meet all eligibility requirements.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

## 4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official Giveaway entry form or entry ticket provided by Infinity Garage Floors during the Giveaway period.
The Giveaway may be promoted through the Spokane Home Idea Show, Infinity Garage Floors' website, social media, QR codes, and other promotional materials.
**Attendance at the Spokane Home Idea Show is not required to enter or win.**
No purchase, estimate request, consultation, service agreement, social-media follow, like, share, comment, or other purchase or promotional activity is required to enter.
Only eligible entries that are complete and contain the information requested by Sponsor will be considered.
**Limit of one entry per person.** Duplicate entries, fraudulent entries, or entries submitted on behalf of another person may be disqualified.

## 5. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Making a purchase, requesting an estimate, becoming a customer, or otherwise doing business with Infinity Garage Floors will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

## 6. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive a **$1,000 credit toward the purchase and installation of an eligible flooring project from Infinity Garage Floors**.
The $1,000 credit will be applied toward the **total final project cost** and will be applied with the final payment. The credit does not reduce or replace any required deposit.
The winner is responsible for any portion of the project cost exceeding $1,000, as well as any other applicable costs not included within the eligible flooring project.
The winner may select from the available **decorative flake color options** offered by Infinity Garage Floors.
The prize has no cash value and **cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed for cash**.
The prize is **non-transferable** and may not be assigned or given to another person.
If the eligible project costs less than $1,000, the credit will be applied only to the actual eligible project cost. **Any unused portion of the $1,000 credit is forfeited and will not be paid or provided to the winner in another form.**

## 7. Eligible Projects
The $1,000 credit may be applied toward an eligible flooring project determined by Infinity Garage Floors.
The prize is **not limited to a residential garage** and may be used for another eligible concrete-flooring space, subject to Sponsor's approval.
There is no predetermined maximum square footage for the prize.
However, the winning project must be reasonably suitable for Infinity Garage Floors' services. **Winning the Giveaway does not guarantee that Sponsor will accept or perform a particular project.**
Before scheduling the project, Infinity Garage Floors will consult with the winner and evaluate the proposed project, including the condition and suitability of the existing concrete and the circumstances of the property.

## 8. Project Approval
Infinity Garage Floors reserves the right to decline a project if, in its reasonable professional judgment, the proposed project is unsuitable or cannot safely or properly be completed.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
* Unsafe property or working conditions;
* Concrete that is structurally unsuitable;
* Excessive damage or conditions that prevent proper installation;
* Moisture or other conditions that make installation inappropriate;
* A project that is too small or otherwise impractical to perform;
* Conditions discovered during consultation or preparation that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of entry; or
* Other circumstances that prevent Infinity Garage Floors from providing a quality installation.
If the winning project is determined to be ineligible or unsuitable, the winner may forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
The $1,000 prize **does not cover crack repair or concrete sealing as standalone services**.
If additional concrete repair or other work is necessary before the flooring system can be installed, that work may result in additional charges to the winner and will be discussed during the consultation.

## 9. Service Area and Travel
The winner's property does not have to be within Infinity Garage Floors' standard service area, provided the property is located within the Giveaway's **100-mile eligibility radius from the Spokane Home Idea Show location**.
If additional travel, mobilization, or other costs are reasonably required because of the property's location, those costs are the responsibility of the winner and will be disclosed as part of the project consultation and estimate.

## 10. Winner Selection
One (1) eligible winner will be selected by random drawing on **October 31, 2026** from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

## 11. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number and email address provided at entry.
The potential winner will have **seven (7) days** from the date of first attempted notification to respond.
If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be verified as eligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to satisfy these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.
The Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact a potential winner due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information provided by the entrant.

## 12. Winner Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Infinity Garage Floors may publicly identify the winner by **first name and last initial** in connection with announcing the Giveaway winner.
Any additional photography, video, testimonial, or use of the winner's image for marketing purposes is **optional** and will require the winner's separate permission.

## 13. Deadline to Complete the Project
The winner must complete the required consultation and have the eligible project completed **on or before October 31, 2027**.
Failure to complete the consultation and project within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Scheduling is subject to project availability, weather, site conditions, material availability, and other reasonable scheduling considerations.

## 14. Marketing Communications
Providing information to enter the Giveaway does not automatically require an entrant to receive marketing communications.
Entrants may separately choose to receive communications from Infinity Garage Floors regarding products, services, consultations, promotions, and related offers.
If an entrant provides consent to receive marketing communications, that consent does not affect the entrant's eligibility or odds of winning.

## 15. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, attempts to interfere with the Giveaway, submits fraudulent or incomplete information, or otherwise acts in a manner Sponsor reasonably determines to be unfair or disruptive.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
Sponsor's decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway and selection of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.
The prize is subject to the terms and conditions contained in these Official Rules.

## 16. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Infinity Garage Floors LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or inability to use the prize, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries or for technical problems affecting the submission or processing of entries.

This Giveaway is **not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social-media platform**, unless expressly stated otherwise by Sponsor.
